SlipRezi Terms and Conditions

Welcome to SlipRezi! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of SlipRezi’s website, mobile applications, and services (collectively, "Platform"). By using the Platform, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

1.1. By accessing or using SlipRezi, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. 1.2. SlipRezi reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Services Provided

2.1. SlipRezi is a digital platform that facilitates dock reservations between boaters ("Users") and dock owners or property managers ("Hosts"). 2.2. SlipRezi does not own or operate any docks and is not responsible for the safety, condition, or suitability of any dock reserved through the Platform. 2.3. SlipRezi acts solely as a technology service provider to facilitate transactions between Users and Hosts.

3. User Accounts & Responsibilities

3.1. Users must create an account to access certain features of the Platform. 3.2. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activities conducted under their account. 3.3. Users must provide accurate and up-to-date information when creating an account or making a reservation. 3.4. SlipRezi reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account for violations of these Terms or suspected fraudulent activity.

4. Reservations & Payments

4.1. Reservations made through SlipRezi are binding agreements between the User and the Host. 4.2. Users agree to pay all applicable docking fees, taxes, and other charges as specified at the time of booking. 4.3. Payment processing is handled by third-party providers. SlipRezi is not responsible for any payment processing errors, security breaches, or transaction failures. 4.4. Cancellation policies are determined by the Host and will be provided at the time of booking. Users are responsible for understanding and complying with the applicable cancellation policy.

5. Conduct & Use of the Platform

5.1. Users agree not to:

  • Use the Platform for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.

  • Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Platform.

  • Post or transmit harmful, offensive, or misleading content.

  • Attempt to access another user’s account without authorization. 5.2. SlipRezi reserves the right to remove any content or restrict access to Users who violate these Terms.

6. Liability & Disclaimers

6.1. SlipRezi is not responsible for the condition, maintenance, or safety of any dock or marina listed on the Platform. 6.2. Users assume all risks associated with using docks reserved through the Platform, including potential damages, injury, or loss. 6.3. SlipRezi is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the Platform or services. 6.4. SlipRezi makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, accuracy, or reliability of the Platform.

7. Indemnification

7.1. Users agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SlipRezi, its affiliates, employees, and partners from any claims, losses, or damages resulting from:

  • Violations of these Terms.

  • Use of the Platform.

  • Disputes between Users and Hosts.

8. Termination of Access

8.1. SlipRezi may terminate or suspend access to the Platform for any User who violates these Terms, engages in fraudulent activities, or causes harm to the Platform or its users. 8.2. Users may deactivate their accounts at any time through their account settings.

9. Intellectual Property

9.1. SlipRezi retains all rights, title, and interest in the Platform, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, content, and software. 9.2. Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit any content from the Platform without SlipRezi’s written consent.

10. Privacy & Data Protection

10.1. SlipRezi collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. 10.2. By using the Platform, Users consent to the collection and use of their data as described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

11.1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, with jurisdiction in Lee County.Florida, United States. 11.2. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Lee County, Florida, unless otherwise required by law.
